BarclayWeb Advertising Terms and Conditions
Potential Participants:- Only those properties that are affiliated with Barclay International Group (BIG)
may participate in the Property of the Month and Last Minute Specials listings. The term "affiliated"
means that the property is part of the BIG collection and BIG takes reservations for that property at
an agreed-upon net rate. Banner ads are open only to non-competing firms which have a particular
affiliation with the area in which the ad is being placed. Barclay International Group reserves the right
to reject Banner Ads/links, Property Listings and Travel Partner listings from competing firms or from any firms it
deems unacceptable.
Number of Pages Permitted for Property of the Month:- This section is limited to one property/group of properties
per city per month. Each property or group of properties may have as many Web pages as desired; each page may
consist of a full-page graphic or up to 2,000 characters with or without a quarter-page or half-page graphic.
Property may change contents of Web page as often as necessary but a change fee will be made for each page that
is changed (not each change per page).
Banner Ad Size:- Exclusive Banner ads will be the only ads to appear on a particular page and will be priced
accordingly. Size will be restricted to the length of the page and 3/4 of an inch deep and can be linked to the
advertiser's Web site. Non-Exclusive Banner Ads will be restricted to a maximum of 3 per page (advertisers can
purchase either 1/3 or 2/3 of a page-length sizes) with the depth of the ad remaining at 3/4 of an inch. Non-Exclusive
Banner ads can also be linked to the advertiser's Web site. Such ads and links are contingent on Barclay International
Group approval of both the ad content and the content of the linked site. Should the linked site's content change
at some point after approval, Barclay International Group still reserves the right to reject the ad and refund the
remaining (pro-rated) portion of the advertising charge.
Content Admissibility: - Barclay International Group reserves the right to design all Property of the Month
pages or edit those prepared by the property owner/manager. We also reserve the right to edit any submitted
Ad/Listing text that we deem unacceptable or incompatible with Barclay International Group high standards
and reputation.
