Ralph we are back from our trip to England and the apartment was great. We were in London Tower Bridge Apartments. Jon at the apartment was great. He left us a note and then followed up with us by phone to make sure we were o.k. I would recommend this apartment to anyone.

Thank you for taking care of my request. I appreciate it. As to the accommodations, they were just perfect for our family of four. We have two children -- ages 18 and 20 -- and the thought of spending ten days with them in a small hotel room was just too much.... :-)

So we opted for the apartment. It was in a beautiful setting. The apartment was very large and allowed us all to have our own space. We shopped at a local market, so we could have snacks and drinks "at home" when we wished to do so. It was central to just about everything -- and close to the St. James Tube stop. Mr. Barclay told me that I might be disappointed with some of my inquiries, but that I "would not be disappointed" with the St. James’s Park Apartments. He was right. It was the right choice for us, and we had a delightful time.

I will definitely recommend your service, and will use it again when we travel. Thank you.

I wanted to take this opportunity to thank you for doing such a terrific job with our arrangements. As you know, we stayed in the Collingham Gardens apartment. We found it to be clean, charming and well located. The staff there was friendly and accommodating. We were very comfortable and felt safe and at home there.

We also used your service to set up a "driver" for a day trip to Bath/Stonehenge as well as, a transfer from the airport to our apartment. The cars were prompt, and clean and very professional! We especially enjoyed V. J., our driver that we had for the day trip!

Our trip was wonderful and felt well thought out and planned. We had NO issues or problems of any sort, and as you well know, that is a HUGE plus on a trip such as this! Thank you again, for your careful attention to detail. Should we return, I dare say, we would use your services again and would be happy to recommend you to others.

My wife and I returned recently from three weeks in the United Kingdom and France. During the nine days we were in London we stayed in your property at Stag Place (Roebuck House-Apartment 50). I wanted to let you know what a thoroughly enjoyable experience staying there was for us.

The apartment itself was very spacious and luxurious, and the care that you put into its upkeep is apparent. The location is fabulous, both for its proximity to many of London’s interesting sights —Westminster Abbey, Houses of Parliament, Buckingham Palace, etc.— and to St. James, Green, and Hyde Parks, which were wonderful for running, strolling and idyllic boating on the Serpentine. Also of importance to us was how very quiet the apartment felt, from both internal and external noise—amazing considering its prime, central location.

I want to thank you for taking the time top listen to our needs and wants, and suggesting this property. You could not have made a better recommendation and we shall certainly call on you again, both for this property as well as others you have throughout the world.

Everything was wonderful—from the apartment itself to the services offered by the hotel. There was not one hotel employee who was not friendly, courteous and extremely helpful. The health club was particularly enjoyable--the manager of the Club went out of his way to greet us each visit and to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. We want to also thank you for your advice on purchasing the London Visitor TravelCard for the Underground--which we used many times each day. Thank you very much for your personal recommendation of 49 Hill Street in London, which you gave my family though our travel agent. Our trip to London was our first, and your kindness and guidance was very much appreciated. However, no one in my family expected that this apartment would be so wonderful! The rooms were large, beautifully decorated, quiet and clean. We have never slept so soundly on vacation before. The amenities in the apartment, such as the Wedgwood China and the crystal stemware, added to the elegance and sophistication. The location was perfect for a family vacation. Finally, the staff at the property were absolutely first rate! They were all genuinely concerned with each and every guest and worked very hard to make our stay pleasant. They all deserve special mention. We were so taken with London that I am sure we will return soon. As we travel, we will first check to see if you have any properties in that area and check with your company to see if you have any new places like 49 Hill Street. Again, thank you very much for making this vacation the most memorable one that we have had.

Dear Sirs:

This letter is for the purpose of thanking you for the Roland House accommodations which you arranged for us. We were there in April of this year. It was just what we had hoped for—a convenient, comfortable location which was considerably less expensive than the equivalent accommodation in a full-service hotel. The staff was pleasant and very helpful. On one occasion, the Manager returned to Roland House on his day off because we needed some thickets from the safe and had not realized that he had to be present. We had a delightful time in London, using the Underground almost constantly, attending plays and musical evenings, checking out the museums, and doing some shopping. I think it would be safe to say that this was one of the most pleasant stays we have ever had in London, due in no small measure to the Roland House accommodations. When we travel again to London, you will hear from us again.

Our family’s invasion of England is complete and everyone has returned to their various pursuits in the United States. My sister and wife and I go back to our retirement schedules. Our sons and daughters in law return to their careers. Their children are back in school, telling classmates about the sights of Britain. To say the very least, the entire three weeks were a complete success: weather, housing, tours, theater, food , even a chance encounter with the Queen (from a distance, of course!). In a very important way, you played the key role in making the trip so extraordinary. The accommodations were essential to so many having such a good time. The location, the facility and the staff were all very special. Absent any of those qualities, I doubt that everything could have been enjoyed so much. You should not hesitate to recommend Beaufort House to others in the future. They have a gracious hostess and the staff members could not have done more to accommodate us. We all thank you very much for the excellent arrangements.
