VILLA DESCRIPTION The main house is 4,300 square feet and contains 5 bedrooms on one floor as well as a contiguous one bedroom apartment. Upon entrance, there is an entrance hall with a cloakroom and a toilet. On the right side of the villa, you will find two double bedrooms: one named Vacances which has a king size bed, en-suite bathroom with bathtub, and a terrace, and a bedroom named Grand Siecle, which also has a king size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. On the left side of the villa, there is a large salon with fireplace (wood is provided free of charge by the caretaker), a multi-lingual library, satellite TV with DVD plaver, stereo, and telephone. This area includes high speed internet access. There is also a dining room, a fully-equipped kitchen which includes intercom(from entrance gate), dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave oven, and food processor. In this area, you will also find a laundry room with a washer and dryer. The three other bedrooms in the villa all share a large common bathroom with a bathtub, shower, and toilet. There is a bedroom with a queen bed on the north side called Ondine, a bedroom with a king bed on the south side called Badayere, and an additional bedroom with a large single bed called Bleue. At the back part of the villa, there is a nicely decorated studio apartment which has a double bedroom, a small bathroom with shower and toilet, a kitchen in a cupboard, a living room with TV, DVD player, stereo with CD player, and a sofa (no sofa bed).
