• Outside/Entrance
  The property is very private, surrounded by fields and accessed via a long attractive tree-lined driveway. At the front of the house, there is a large garden and a very spacious terrace with seating and dining areas. On one side of the house, just off the kitchen, there is a pergola covered dining area. On the other side of the house, there is a 17m x 7m swimming pool with a large fully-equipped summer kitchen. This kitchen houses a barbecue, pizza oven, kitchenette with dishwasher, refrigerator and oven. There is a covered dining and seating area which includes a dining table for 15-20 people, and a small room which can accommodate the staff with 2 single beds and a bathroom with shower and toilet. At the rear of the property, there is sufficient parking space for a number of cars, and on the west side of the property, you will find the caretaker's house (with no view into the Bastide), the kitchen garden and orchards as well as a pentanque boules field.
  
  The entrance to the house is quite spectacular, with a huge double-volume hallway with a stone "grand" staircase leading up to a gallery and the first and second floor bedrooms. The ground floor reception rooms are particularly light and spacious, as well as luxuriously decorated and furnished. The terra-cotta floor tiles blend harmoniously with the attractive pastel wall coloring and the Provencal furnishings in the rooms. There is a definite sense of understated style and elegance throughout. Internet access, a stereo system and DVD player can also be found in this area.



• Ground Floor
  The ground floor begins with the magnificent eye catching entrance hall from which there is access to all the ground floor rooms. These would include a french billiard room, guest cloakroom and large main living room. The living room is over 1,600 square feet in size and contains a large fireplace and vaulted ceilings, a 1/4 grand piano, bridge tables, books and sofas. This level also has a dining room with an open fireplace, a TV room with a satellite television as well as a secondary living room with an open fireplace. A study with a computer is available for the guests as well.
  
  An extremely light and spacious kitchen can be found on the ground floor, and it contains a breakfast table, large French range cooker, an American style refrigerator/freezer with ice water dispenser, a microwave oven, Nespresso maker, Magimix blenders and a small fireplace dishwasher. The kitchen opens up to the side terrace with a plancha grill. There is also a cool room for food/drink storage. The main living room, TV room, study and kitchen all have access to the outdoors. There is a separate laundry room below the stairs.



• First Floor
  On the south side of the first floor, you have the master bedroom with a king size bed, TV, study, and large en-suite bathroom containing a jacuzzi bathtub, double wash basin, separate shower room and separate WC/bidet. There are three more bedrooms on the south side of this floor, one being a double/twin room with TV and separate bathroom (with bathtub, wash basin and WC), another being a double bedroom with queen size bed, TV, and en-suite bathroom with bathtub, wash basin and WC, and finally a twin/double bedroom with a separate bathroom which has a bathtub, 2 wash basins and a separate WC.
  
  On the west side of the first floor, there is a double bedroom with a queen size bed and downstairs en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, wash basin and WC.
  
  On the north side of the first floor, there is a space which is suitable for staff. This space has 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, including a dormitory for children and staff quarters, all of which are simply furnished. These bedrooms include a small double bedroom with TV and bathroom with shower and wash basin, the dormitory with 3 single beds, separate bathroom with bathtub, wash basin and WC, and a small twin bedroom for the staff with a bathroom containing a shower, sink and a separate WC.



• Second Floor
  The space on the second floor has three bedrooms and is considered to be suitable for children and nannies. Under the roof, there is a large dormitory and playroom for children with 4 single beds, a salon with TV, an A/C unit and a bathroom with a shower and separate WC. In addition, you will find a double bedroom with queen size bed, TV, fan and separate bathroom with bathtub and 2 wash basins as well as an additional bedroom with twin beds.
