SURROUNDING AREA

• The house is located 500m from the village of Eygalieres which has a market and shops
• 10 minutes from St. Remy de Provence
• 20 minutes from Avignon and the TGV train station

• Entrance Level
  This level contains a living room, dining room and kitchen all in a row with doors leading to the outside. The kitchen has a bar and stools and opens up to the dining room as well as the outside. It is quite practical and fully-equipped for the maximum number of guests. with stove containing 4 hobs, an oven, microwave and dishwasher. The dining room is large and comfortable with a nice black wooden table in the middle. There is also a desk and a library. The living room has two couches, a flat screen satellite TV, DVD plaver and stereo. There is also a fireplace as well as a toilet in the corridor.
  
  The two rooms on the entrance level are each decorated with taste. The first room has a queen bed, a big storage area and a door that opens up onto the terrace. It has a private bathroom with a shower, bathtub, wash basin and toilet. The second room is large with three single beds and a satellite TV. This bedroom has a private bathroom with shower, wash basin and toilet. There is also a laundry room on this level by the garage which contains a washer and dryer, a big refrigerator and freezer plus an electric wine cellar with a capacity of 8 bottles.



• First Floor
  On the first floor, there are three bedrooms. The first is a double bedroom which is nicely decorated with flowers. This bedroom has a queen bed and a beautiful view of the Mont-Ventoux. It has a private bathroom with shower, wash basin and toilet. The second bedroom is another double bedroom with a queen bed and a view of the Alpilles and the pool. It has two different storage areas as well as a private bathroom with shower, wash basin and toilet. Finally, there is a room with three single beds which is oriented to the south and has a view of the hill and the garden. It contains a bathroom with a wash basin, shower and toilet. This bedroom is perfect for children.



• Outside
  The garden is surrounded by fences, and nicely kept with different areas for walking and just relaxing. It is landscaped with olive trees, lavender and different types of plants from Provence. There is an outside kitchen with barbeque, stove with 4 hobs, a refrigerator and a table for 12 people to enjoy meals outside. On the front side of the house, there is a nice terrace contiaining outside furniture such as a couch, chairs and a table set in front of the garden and the pool. There is also a 5m x 11.5m x 1.70m heated swimming pool which is surrounded by a terrace and is accessed with stairs. This area, protected by an alarm, has 12 lounge chairs and a shaded area for those who want protection from the sun. Other outside features include a shower on the side of the house, a clothesline for air drying your clothes and a covered parking area for three cars.
