This two bedroom rental apartment has been recently renovated and decorated to the highest standards (January 2008). It is very conveniently situated in the heart of the Marais neighbourhood of Paris, just opposite the Picasso Museum, a wonderful eighteenth century 'hotel particulier' with the largest collection in the world of the artists work.

The apartment is on the second French floor (3rd American) with an elevator. There is a security code to the building. The main living area overlooks a very quiet street and the bedrooms are in the back looking over a courtyard, so you will have undisturbed rest after a long days sightseeing. The whole space is fitted with wood floors and has many windows, making it light and airy.

The main living area is equipped with a couch, coffee table and large designer armchairs with a flat screen television. There is a large dining room table with seating for six and the open-plan kitchen with its bar looks over the living area. the kitchen is extremely well-designed and equipped with a vitroceramic cooking hub with four burners, microwave oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster and coffee maker.

Each bedroom is on opposite ends of the apartment and are both accompanied by there own beautiful en-suite bathrooms with large showers and one with separate toilet (the other with the toilet in the bathroom). The larger of the bedrooms has twin beds that can be joined to make a queen-sized bed or kept separate. The other bedroom has a comfortable double bed.

The apartment has plenty of storage space, a washing/dryer machine combo, cable TV, DVD player, a high-speed WiFi internet connection and free long distance calls to Europe, USA, Canada, China, Australia and New Zealand (land lines).
