This large apartment with high ceilings is located on the 3rd French floor.

The main room is 35 sq. meters (376 sq. feet), plus 5 sq. meters (54 sq. feet) for the mezzanine. All the old roof beams have been restored, as well as the wooden parquet floor.

The apartment is furnished to make you feel at home, away from home. Two high double-glazed windows overlook the peaceful street with heavy curtains. There is a large armchair and a comfortable sofa in the living room, as well as cable TV, a hi-fi sound-system, a library with a selection of French books, CDs and even a small desk to write letters and post cards.

The main sleeping area is on the mezzanine and sleeps two people comfortably in a large 160cmX200cm bed.

The living area can also sleep 2 other people: 1 on the sofa bed and 1 on a roll-away bed.

The kitchen is very well equipped, with a 2 burner stove, a microwave, a French expresso maker, a large refrigerator, a freezer and a dishwasher.

The bathroom has kept its original old white-washed beams and has a large window overlooking the courtyard, a bath, a sink and a toilet.

Under the mezzanine, there is a large walk-in closet with an iron and ironing board and lot of space to store your clothes and luggage.
