This sunny apartment is located on the 2nd French floor, accessed by a small narrow staircase. The main room is 29 sq. meters (312 sq. feet), plus 5 sq. meters (54 sq. feet) for the mezzanine.
You will be charmed by its original old oak beams adorning its high ceiling, its tiled floor and two large double-glazed windows facing the street.
The apartment can comfortably sleep four people with a convertible sofa/bed in the main room and a mezzanine (low ceiling) with a double bed. There is a dining table with seating for four and plenty of closet space.
