The apartment is located on a one-way street with little traffic so it is quiet. The bedrooms face onto the small garden in the courtyard. It is on the 2nd floor (considered third floor in the US) and there is an elevator.

Though the street itself is quiet, the busy rue de Passy is 75 yards away. Along this street (and to a lesser extent on the avenue Paul Doumer) can be found every variety of shops and restaurants, a large supermarket etc. The apartment is at the center of a triangle formed by the Trocadéro, Passy, and Muette Métro stations (lines 6, 9, RER C), with bus lines 22, 32, and the Noctambus (a bus which runs all night) two blocks away, with line 52 a bit further. There are taxi ranks at the Place de la Muette, the Trocadéro and Place du Costa Rica a bit further away.

The building is a modern one built in the 1970s with an elevator to the second story and is well maintained, the entire stairwell having been redecorated in December 2002.

The bedroom consists of a double bed, two dressers and a night-table. The living room consists of coffee table, bookcases, 3 chairs, TV with cable and DVD player, fax machine and a dining area next to the picture window.

There is a bathroom with tub/shower.

This apartment is strictly non-smoking.
