The apartment is situated in an attractive residential neighborhood, filled with many little shops, cafes, and restaurants. The apartment itself is approx. 700 sq. ft, a cozy and inviting flat that overlooks an open courtyard that separates this building from its sister building. It is carpeted and tastefully decorated and furnished with some fine antiques. The kitchen and bathroom, both ample in size, are slightly dated by their 1960s décor. In Parisian terms the cupboard storage space is lavish !
A hall leads to a pretty sitting room, with armchairs, sofa, TV. There’s a separate dining room, with antique single bed (good alternative bedroom) and an antique armoire. The Master Bedroom includes a double bed and antique armoire. There is a Bathroom with tub, washing machine and a separate WC. Off the kitchen is a very small second bedroom, simply furnished with a double bed and a handbasin. The fully-equipped kitchen contains a dishwasher.
