Description:
Grambois is a treasure -- charming restored 16th century stone village house in. Charming hill village with Boulangerie, Patisserie, Café, Charcuterie located inside the Luberon regional park. There are lots of walking trails in the mountains, just 1/2 hour Northeast of Aix en Provence (a charming small city with winding walking streets and incredible shopping and dining). Many restored homes in the village. The French film "La Glorie de Mon Pere" was filmed here.

- Dining room/family room has very large stone fireplace, dining table, beautiful views, arched doorways to kitchen and hall

- Doorway to beautiful stone vine-covered terrace with dining table and stairs to lower level
- House has a private garage and street parking as well
- Charming restaurants and hotels nearby
- Nearby villages, include La Tour D'aigues, La Motte D'aigues-5 minutes away with a beautiful lake
- Ansouis, Lourmarin, and more -- only an hour or so to the neat places that the tourists already know about like St. Remy and Avignon, L'isle Sur La Sorgue
- Pertuis is a 15 minute drive--supermarket is there
- Manosque (a larger town) is 20 minutes
- Aix en Provence is only 1/2-hour drive!
- TGV train is coming to Aix in the coming year-the travel to Paris will only be 3 hours
- The area is centrally located for exploring southern France--Provence and the Cote D'azur with major attractions less than a 2 hours drive
- Just an hour from the beaches of the Mediterranean, 2 hours from Nice, not too far from Geneva and Italy.
