| This spacious villa is uniquely situated on its own promontory in two acres of cypress trees, immediately overlooking the sea with magnificent views along the coast of Paxos and across the open sea to Corfu, Albania and the Greek mainland. The large, covered verandah provides an excellent vantage position for following the slow progress of the local fishing boats and the arrival of yachts from other Ionian islands. Private access to a beach below the villa with excellent bathing. Interesting snorkelling around the small cluster of rocks opposite the beach.
