Villa Rikia is Situated About
15 km north of Pylos, 10 km from Gargaliani and 65 km from the
airport at Kalamata. The villa, designed in authentic Byzantine style, was completed in 1983
within an olive tree plantation. The characteristic furnishings are of superior quality, complete
with color T.V., stereo, washing machine and dishwasher. Here, everything is on hand for a
perfect holiday. The living room also has two extra sofabeds, if required. In the spacious garden
surrounding the house there is a rich offering of vegetables and fruit trees for guests to choose
from. The garden also offers a grill, an outdoor oven and plenty of nice shady corners to enjoy
relaxing and peaceful evenings. Butter, eggs and cheese can be bought from the nearby farms and
other shopping facilities can be found at Gargaliani. The sandy beach nearby is 4 km long and therefore, not crowded, even in high
season. On request, the friendly and obliging owner of the villa is prepared to collect guests from
the airport at Kalamata or Araxos.
