The property offers a trampoline and a diving platform onto the lake.Possible excursions from the property include the city of Como, a trip to Bergamo which features the art and architecture of the Middle Ages, the Renaissance and the Baroque periods, and a trip to the Borromean Islands, four tiny islands in Lake Maggiore, including the lovely Isola Bella.

The sofa in the sitting room can be turned into a queen size bed. The large one bedroom can sleep 2 adults and 4 children. There are 2 sofas in the living room that can each be turned into queen size beds. The large apartments also offer private terraces. All apartments offer private bathroom with shower and bath.
