This apartment is just around the corner from Villa Borghese, Rome's peaceful 17th-century park built as the pleasure gardens of the powerful Borghese family. The park occupies the Pincian Hill, one of the seven hills of ancient Rome.

This lovely apartment is on the eighth floor of a building with an elevator. It is made on two levels. The first level has the entrance that leads to a large living room. The living room has two roomy sofas, an armchair, a wooden chest of drawers and built-in shelves with a collection of small antiques and books. There is also a dining area with table and chairs seating up five people easily. The living room has two large windows overlooking an open courtyard providing natural daylight.

There is a master bedroom with a queen-size bed with a large miror giving a bright effect to the room. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with shower. It is tiled with dark ceramics. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary cooking supplies. Upstairs, there is a loft bedroom with a single bed and a secretaire. The upper level has a private bathroom with a bathtub.
