This apartment is on a pedestrian street near Piazza di Spagna and the Spanish Steps, Piazza del Popolo, and Fontana di Trevi.

Piazza di Spagna, a long thin square almost entirely enclosed by buildings, is centered on the distinctive boat-shaped Barcaccia fountain -- the last work of Bernini's father. The Spanish Steps sweep down in a cascade of balustrades and balconies. At the top adding to the international flavour of the square is the Trinità dei Monti, a largely 16th century church designed by Carlo Maderno. Its rose-colored Baroque facade overlooks the rest of Rome from its hilltop site.

The apartment is located in a beautiful restored 17th century building on the third floor with an elevator. It is about 120 sq.m. The wooden parquet floor and the remarkable furniture complete this warm atmosphere. The apartment has a bright living room simply but elegantly furnished. It has two sofas, a wood secretaire, a wooden cupboard and it is decorated with remarkable paintings and small antiques.

There are three bright bedrooms. The first bedroom has a queen-size bed, a chest of drawers and a wardrobe. The second bedroom has two twin beds (can be converted into a queen size bed), a wardrobe and a small secretaire. The third bedroom has two twin beds (can be joined into a queen size bed) and a wardrobe.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a large area with a dining table and a paned cupboard. There are two full bathrooms: one has a tub with shower and the second one has a box-shower.
