The apartment is situated in the "Monti" area, a central zone of Rome, which lies between the Colosseum, the Roman Forum, Piazza Venezia, Via Nazionale and the Basilica of St. Mary Major. Monti is one of the most ancient Roman districts, once the centre of the Trajan’s Market and the Domus Aurea. It gots its name because it is located between several Roman hills.

This 18th century apartment building, offers guests many pedestrian areas, far from the hectic traffic, where they can enjoy the city's rich history and artistic splendor.

First floor: This quiet and bright apartment was recently restored and luxuriously finished with Venetian painted walls, a wooden-beam ceiling and a terracotta floor. It is complemented by a large lounge room complete with a double sofa bed, an antique dinner table, elegant chairs, a beautiful cupboard and bookcase, as well as a color television and telephone. Guests can enjoy the fountain, or relax in the terrace-garden where a quaint table and deck chairs are accompanied by both a lemon tree and a peach tree.

The double bedroom boasts a king-size bed, an antique chest of drawers, a writing desk and a large wardrobe, in addition to a window which offers a glimpse of the Trajan's Forum. The second bedroom features a single bed, a wardrobe and an antique desk.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, oven, refrigerator, washing machine, and a cupboard with pots and cutlery. Bathroom with shower.
