 The apartment is situated on the south of Piazza di Spagna, a few steps from one of Rome's more surprising sights - the Fontana di Trevi, a huge, very baroque gush of water over statues and rocks built onto the backside of a Renaissance palace. It is fed by the same source that surfaces at the Barcaccia fountain in Piazza di Spagna. The Trevi Fountain is now, of course, the place you come to throw a coin in, if you want to guarantee your return to Rome. Newly restored, it is one of the city's most vigorous outdoor spots to hang out. Studio: In the studio there is are twin beds, a single sofa bed, a dining table, and a kitchenette fully equipped with electric-stove, fridge, pots, and tableware. The bathroom has a shower-stall. The gas heating is independent. The apartment, which is very bright and quiet, is complete with linens and has satellite colour TV and air-conditioning. Final cleaning fee: USD $35.
