The property is set on over 20 acres of land bordering the Roccamorfina Nature Park. The owners produce an excellent olive oil and one of the best wines of Southern Italy. Grocery stores can be found 1 km away in Carlo, and San Clemente (6 km) offers a variety of shops. The public beaches at Formia and Baia Domizia are about 25 km away. An hours drive will take you to interesting places such as Gaeta and on a day trip you can reach Caserta, Naples and the Amalfi Coastline. The villa is situated on the side of a hill which faces west over the bay of Gaeta. There is a private garden with swimming pool and private parking. Ground Floor: Living/dining room with fireplace and upright piano, lounge with TV and access to the outside, living room/library that overlooks the swimming pool and the garden with pergola and large table, small WC, kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, and barbecue built into the brickwork. Mezzanine Ground Floor: 1 large double bedroom with day area and study/reading corner, 1 bathroom with tub and shower. First Floor: 1 twin bedded room with fireplace and bathroom with tub, 1 large twin bedded room with bathroom with tub. The price includes 2 hours a day of cleaning help. A cook is available to prepare lunch and dinner (to be arranged at time of booking and paid locally). Caretaker on premises. |
