A Splendid Stone Farmhouse situated on enchanting hills with expansive views of a broad valley and the glorious landscape of Tuscany and Umbria. The fenced garden surrounding the farmhouse and its annex is abundant with olive trees and herb bushes. Set in the grounds sloping down from the house is a swimming pool and the annex, which is situated in front of the pool, close to the pool house. With ample and superior quality garden furniture, the pool also boasts a room equipped for cold buffet catering. It also has shower rooms, which are very convenient while you are enjoying the outdoor life. The interior of the farmhouse is tastefully decorated, with great attention to detail.

Casella is only a short distance from the picturesque village of Preggio, with a general store and "trattorie", serving typical regional dishes. Casella is reached via a 200m stretch of gravel road.
