Pratale I & II

Pratale is located on a scenic hillside surrounded by vineyards and the beautiful countryside of Tuscany. The property consists of a manor house (Pratale I) and farmhouse (Pratale II) which have been completely restored and are now divided into several independent apartments. Each aVillas in Italypartment has a separate entrance and open area to enjoy the peaceful view of the landscape. They have all the modern conveniences, yet maintain the style of typical Tuscan country houses. The property offers many activities for guests, including bowling, swimming, mountain biking and tennis.

The nearby Firenze-Siena highway gives access to Tuscany's artistic treasures, while the town of Sambuca, 3kms away, has grocery stores and artisan shops. There are also many fine restaurants in the area. The market that takes place every Thursday morning in Tavarnelle Val di Pesa is worth visiting, as well as the church of Badia a Passignano, with its crypt dating back to the year 1000.
