Querceto

Querceto is located on a hillside with commanding views of the beautiful Pesa valley. It is made up of several adjoining masoned buildings on a scenic Tuscan farmstead. Querceto has recently been converted into several apartments. Each is restored and furnished in the ancient Tuscan style yet provides all the comforts of modern life. For their enjoyment, guests have a barbecue area, tennis court, bowling alley, swimming pool, and mountain bikes at their disposal.

The nearby Firenze-Siena highway gives access to Tuscany's artistic treasures, while the town of Sambuca, 3kms away, has grocery stores and artisan shops. There are also many fine restaurants in the area. The market that takes place every Thursday morning in Tavarnelle Val di Pesa is worth visiting, as well as the church of Badia a Passignano, with its crypt dating back to the year 1000.
