| Antico Borgo lies in an old part of Massa Lubrense at the edge of this attractive town, and is part of an old 16th century villa dominating the village round it. Due to its position it enjoys a wide panoramic view of the Gulf of Naples, and on clear days you can even see the islands of Ischia and Procida in the distance. Lying on the edge of town means that the area is quiet and yet you can reach everything you might need on foot: restaurants, bars and food shops. The apartment has been recently renovated bringing to light the 16th century doorways in lava stone. The elegant living-room is characterized by large vaults and has a terracotta floor with at its centre hand-painted ceramics of great artistic value. It has been furnished with antiques and embellished with precious antique objects, and the apartment reflects all the good taste and love of art of its owners. And in fact it is for this reason that this apartment is not considered suitable for children. Antico Borgo has a CD player for music, microwave oven, washing-machine, dishwasher and barbecue. Guests can enjoy the marvellous view of the Gulf of Naples offered by the private terrace, furnished for dining outside. Sorrento is about 7 kms away and the nearest beach is at Marina della Lobra which is about 1.5 kms away.
