The coast of Versilia is particularly interesting in that you can go from here in a short time to several areas of the country that are completely different one from the other - from the riviera to the Apuan Alps; from the blue of the sea to the lush green of the chestnut trees, from the wide beaches to the sharp outline of the tops of the Alps, through gentle hill-country full of olive groves. Villa la Capannuccia lies in Capezzano, 5 kms from the nice town of Camaiore and 5 kms from the beaches of Lido di Camaoire, a huge sandy beach of 4 kms between Marina di Pietrasanta and Viareggio, which has a panoramic walkway by the sea, full of gardens and flower beds and passing numerous bathing establishments, bars and shops. The villa is surrounded by a terraced garden, and from here you can take in a beautiful panorama with the sea in the distance, and where you will find the swimming-pool and a synthetic grass tennis court. It has been recently renovated and is furnished with comfortable tuscan pieces in rustic style, and is equipped with satellite-TV, stereo with CD-player, dishwasher, washing-machine and barbecue. Next to the entrance, a large portico is furnished with tables and chairs for dining outside. La Capannuccia is a good solution for a holiday close to the sea, while taking advantage of the cooler clime of the hills. Florence is about 100 kms away, Pisa 34, Lucca 30. In the nearby villages you can try the excellent local cuisine, with either fish or meat dishes.

FIRST FLOOR: 2 double bedrooms with bathroom with shower, 1 twin bedroom with bathroom with bath-tub and shower, 1 large double bedroom with shower and private panoramic terrace.

ANNEX 1 (with access from the outside): living room with single sofa-bed, 1 double bedroom with bathroom with shower.

ANNEX 2 (with access from the outside): living-room with fireplace and small corner kitchen with fridge, 1 double bedrooms with bathroom with shower. All of the bedrooms have mosquito netting abd blinds at the windows.
