The villa lies in a spectacular position along the rocky slopes of the Amalfi Coast outside the village of Praiano, looking onto the open sea and the beautiful sea-inlet at Praia. It is part of a complex of two villas which share the parking area, the 4x7m sea-water swimming-pool and the path down to the sea with large furnished spaces and a cement platform; the other villa also often has tourist guests. A short flight of steps leads to the parking area at the entrance which in turn leads to a first living-room and to the sleeping area. Going down a floor we come to the living-area with a large panoramic terrace furnished for dining outside and for relaxing. At the end of the terrace is the top of the steps that lead down to the sea. The villa is furnished with very comfortable modern furniture and equipped with many modern comforts. The village of Praiano lies about 2 kms away, and before arriving at Praiano you pass, on your left, the road that leads to the beach at Praia, where you will find excellent restaurants and a boat hire service, as well as an attractive night-club open from June to September. Amalfi and Positano are respectively 6 and 20 kms away.

LOWER FLOOR: kitchen, dining-room with access to the large panoramic terrace which looks onto the sea, large living-room with games table and double sofa-bed (and air-conditioning), 1 bathroom with shower, laundry with washing-machine and box-room. Large panoramic terraces and private path down to the sea with furnished spaces (shared with the guests of the next-door villa).
