The gulf of Nerano is one of the few places along the Amalfi Coast that has easy access to the sea, and Villa Felicità lies inside a residential area that looks straight onto the sea. The villa has undergone a recent renovation that has completely changed its original look, with architectural modifications of high prestige and elegant furnishings of exceptional quality, thus becoming one of the most important villas on the coast. The floors and bathrooms have all been done with prestigious Vietri ceramics. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, microwave oven, large refridgerator with ice maker and many other accessories. The villa has air-conditioning and central heating throughout, as well as telephone, PC with internet connection and printer, satellite TV, stereo with CD player. From the living-room on the ground floor you go straight out onto the large terrace looking onto the sea where there is a large swimming-pool with hydro-massage, and going down a private flight of steps (128 steps), you come to the pebble beach. The terraces have relaxation areas with outdoor furniture and tables for dining outside. The price includes a daily cleaning service six days a week, and on request they can organise a cooking service, with details to be agreed on the premises. In the little village of Nerano and along the coast towards Massa Lubrense, you will find excellent restaurants offering local and international cuisine. Villa Felicità lies 13 kms from Sorrento, 18 from Positano, and 65 from Naples.
