| Villa Todi -- This is an old manor house lying 1 km from the little village of Fiore, on the hills opposite Todi, in one of the most intact and pretty areas of Umbria. From the villa there is a beautiful panorama of Todi, of the hills and of the valley that continues as far as Assisi. Villa Todi is a typical stone building surrounded by an enclosed garden with tall trees and on one side a private 10x20m swimming-pool with dressing-room, two bathrooms and a large sun-bathing terrace. The property is on two floors in the main building giving 14 beds, while the other 8 beds are in the annex about 70m away close to the pool.

| The villa has every possible convenience: dishwasher, multi-function oven, washing-machine and dryer, satellite TV, telephone, and internet connection. The furnishings consist of period furniture offset by nice modern pieces. The large and panoramic terrace, which is accessed both from the kitchen and the living-room, is furnished with tables and chairs for dining outside. The annex is furnished with more rustic furniture, but it is equally comfortable. In the nearby village of Fiore are some general food shops and a nice restaurant. Todi is about 7 kms away and using the convenient dual-carriageway, and both Perugia and Assisi are 30 minutes drive away. Going in the opposite direction, along the Tevere valley, Orvieto is just 20 minute's drive away, from where Florence and Rome are about one and a half hour's drive along the autostrada A1. Guests have the benefit of a daily cleaning service for 5 hours, 6 days a week.
Villa--FIRST FLOOR: kitchen with attached dining-area with stone fireplace and access to the large terrace, larder, living-room with bridge table and access to the terrace, studio with piano and computer with internet access, 1 WC/washbasin, 2 double bedrooms, one with bathroom with tub and the other with shower. SECOND FLOOR: 4 double bedrooms of which 3 with bathroom with shower and 1 with tub, 1 twin bedroom (1 bed 150cm and 1 single sofa-bed). GROUND FLOOR: garage, laundry with washing machine and dryer. Annex--GROUND FLOOR: (outside access) 1 double bedroom with shower and studio with fireplace. FIRST FLOOR: living-room with corner kitchen, 3 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower.
