The landscape is typical Chianti countryside, with large vineyards interspersed with centuries-old olive groves. It is furnished very simply, but has the necessary modern conveniences and complete privacy. It comes with dishwasher, washing-machine, satellite-TV and ping-pong table. Outside, there are various relaxation areas, some in the shade, along with the area round the private swimming-pool (5 x 9.5m), with a view over the vineyard opposite, and a play-area for children with basketball net, while at the front of the house you will find a large area suitable for dining outside. Strada in Chianti is a small town, but nevertheless it has all the services you might need, while Greve lies 10 kms away, and Florence 14 kms. This is a convenient starting-point for visiting all of the Chianti area, as well as for trips to Florence which is 15 minutes away by car, while staying in the tranquillity of the unique Chianti countryside.
