The villa is divided into three apartments, one of which is inhabited by the owners. Both Loggia and Ulivi have been recently renovated and furnished with high-quality pieces, and have been equipped with air-conditioning and many other accessories. From the private terraces, furnished with garden furniture, you can enjoy a rare panorama of the typical florentine countryside. Guests can also use the 6x15m swimming-pool in the residence next to the property, which has its own separate entrance. Even these days, thanks to the typical and attractive local narrow roads, traffic is almost non-existent and you can go out for long country walks, ending up in Piazzale Michelangelo or in the centre of the city.
