L'Olivella is part of a larger property of which a part is occasionally used by the owners. It is completely independant and has total privacy, and comes equipped with: air-conditioning in the living-room, stereo with CD player, dishwasher, laundry with washing-machine, TV and path to the sea. The furnishings are of high-quality and very comfortable. Sea access is shared and is easy to use and the area has been furnished with comfortable folding-chars. In Marina Marittima you will find food shops, whereas all the other services you might need, such as banks and post offices, can be found at Castro. There are several restaurants nearby offering excellent local cuisine. L'Olivella is a good base for many interesting sightseeing trips in the area between the two different seas that surround the region - Lecce, a baroque city, is about 50 kms away, Otranto, with its white sandy beaches is 24 kms, and Gallipolli 50 kms. The most convenient airports are Brindisi (95 kms) and Bari (229 kms), which have several daily links with Milan and Rome.
