Each floor of the house has its own terrace and spacious living-areas complete with picture windows and fireplace. The centre of Massa Lubrense, offering all essential services such as chemist's, post-office, banks, food shops and excellent restaurants, is only 2 km away. Just 300 m from the villa, the sea can be reached by a private access, restricted to the inhabitants of the Punta Lagno villas, which leads down to a vast, communal sea-water swimming-pool. The villa is situated on various levels:

LEVEL 1: sleeping area with 1 double bedroom with bathroom with shower, 1 double bedroom with bathroom with hydromassage bathtub, 1 twin bedroom with bathroom with shower. Each bedroom has access to the terrace with sea view.

LEVEL 2: which you reach from the entrance via a flight of steps which opens onto a large living-room with fireplace and double sofa-bed, furnished terrace with garden furniture and sea view, double bedroom with bathroom with shower.

LEVEL 3: another large living-room with fireplace and dining area, large well-equipped kitchen. The villa is equipped with central heating and air-conditioning.
