The villa lies on the waterfront of Sant'Agnello, little more than 1 kilometre from the centre of Sorrento, in a tranquil spot with a magnificent view. Access is through a private gate passing through the garden, and leading to the covered veranda with garden furniture. The villa is on two floors and has very good quality old furniture and is equipped with all modern comforts such as satellite-TV, stereo with CD player, barbecue, telephone and washing-machine. There is a cleaning service of 4 hours per day, 3 days per week. From the first floor there is access to a large sun-bathing terrace with a beautiful view of the sea, the sorrentine coast and of the Gulf of Naples. You can use the swimming-pool (entrance fee) of the nearby hotel which is 5 minutes away on foot and is available from 15th June to 15th September, or by booking in advance you can hire sun-shade and deck-chairs on a beach, also 5 minutes away on foot. The beach is open from 1st June to 15th September. The covered garage has a single reserved car-parking space.
