Inside the historic grounds of Villa la Gamberaia are three elegant independant annexes that have much of the same charm emanated by the whole of the estate. Cappella and Nettuno are neighbours and closer to the main part of the villa, whereas Limonaia lies further away in the upper part of the ground next to the old lemon hothouses which were used to protect the citrus plants during the winter. They are furnished with high-quality antique pieces and equipped with air-conditioning (Limonaia only in the bedrooms), heating, satellite-TV, dishwasher, washing-machine, furnished outside area. The three apartments can all use the shared pool (7x14m) about 300m away and accessible along a path inside the grounds. Villa la Gamberaia lies about 1km from the nice village of Settignano and 3 from Florence, which can also be reached conveniently by public transport. The panorama from the hill stretches from the old city centre of Florence to the beautiful countryside all around it.

FIRST FLOOR: 2 double bedrooms with bathroom with shower, wardrobe. Heating and air-conditioning. The bedrooms can be transformed into twins.

VIT-TFI067 - Limonaia - 180 m² - sleeps 8 - 4 bedrooms

GROUND FLOOR: large living-room with fireplace; kitchen with dining-area, fireplace and wood-burning oven, 1 WC with washbasin, laundry with washing-machine.

FIRST FLOOR: 2 twin bedrooms, 2 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms with shower, wardrobe. Large private, covered veranda. Central heating and air-conditioning in the bedrooms.
