The furnishings inside are of excellent quality, functional and elegant-looking, and the kitchen, which is well equipped and well thought-out, has many accessories among which are: dishwasher, microwave oven and specific electrical appliances. The villa is equipped with air-conditioning, telephone, fax, satellite-TV, stereo with CD and washing machine. The annex can only be entered from the outside. There is an obligatory daily cleaning-service to be paid on the premises. The beach at Marina della Lobra is about 2 kms away, while Sorrento and Positano are respectively 7 and 20 kms away. In the nearby villages, you will find many restaurants offering the very good local cuisine, and some of them can be found in the best international guides. On the premises, you have the services of a cook, which should be asked for when booking.
