Fuzeta is a small fishermen's village not far from Faro. Still unspoilt, it has a lovely beach on the mainland and another on the island of Armona which can be reached by small boats which cross the narrow channel of sea. On the water front there are cafés, restaurants and traditional handicraft stalls; the small white painted houses of the fishermen and their little boats on the beach make it all the more charming. There are several places of interest to visit nearby including the historic towns of Castro Marim and Vila Real de Sto. Antonio, the Natural Park of Ria Formosa, and the pretty fishermen's village of Cacela Velha. The many beaches here offer miles of white sand and warm seas. This house is located on the outskirts of the village and so, although very near its centre, it is away from the hustle and bustle. It is very conducive to outdoor living, with a walled swimming pool and lawn area built on a higher level and, on the lower level, a large built-in barbecue area with table and chairs. There is also a roof terrace which is perfect for sunbathing. Occupancy: 6-8 people |
