In the Albayzín quarter, near the Alhambra, you will find this ancient Arabic house which dates back to the 16th century. It has been completely restored and is composed of three apartments where you can enjoy magnificent views of the Alhambra. The apartments have a maximum occupancy of six people (a double sofabed is also available).

Located in the historic part of the city, guests may walk the city's narrow streets and visit its monuments. The apartments are situated near the Paseo de los Tristes. It takes about ten minutes to get to the Plaza Nueva (New Square) and downtown area. There is a wide variety of bars, restaurants, cafes, tea-shops, grocery stores and bookstores in the proximity of the house, and the house is easy to get to by car or by bus. There is a bus stop just 20 meters away.

Lower floor: three double bedrooms (two have double beds, and another has two individual beds), and two completely equipped bathrooms.

Upper floor: great space, divided into two parts, with a high wooden ceiling. There is a cozy living room with a double sofabed to the right, and a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, oven and microwave oven) to the left. There is also a large window with a view of the Alhambra.

From the living room, there is a small terrace equipped with a table and chairs where you can enjoy the wonderful surroundings.

ALBARIZA Apartment

Passing the kitchen, you enter a cozy living room which has a balcony with a pleasant view. From the living room, going up original wooden stairs, you proceed to a bedroom which has two individual beds. The apartment comes equipped with a TV, heating and air conditioning.

Lower floor: a bedroom with a double bed, a small living room with a double sofabed and a bathroom.

Upper floor: completely equipped kitchen with refrigerator, oven and microwave oven. Through a window is a magnificent view of the Alhambra.

From the kitchen you can proceed to a beautiful terrace which is equipped with a table and chairs for guests to enjoy the calmness and charm of this wonderful atmosphere.
