FIRST FLOOR
Inside guests will find the Villa very tastefully decorated and very well equipped. There are plenty of seating areas within the Villa. Enjoy the airy spacious lounges of the first floor, or play cards in the cards room. Alternatively guests can take time out to read in the reading area or play backgammon in the cool “Canadian Lounge” overlooking Es Vedra Island on the sea. Two separate music centers, one on each side of this floor allow clients music wherever they may be at any given time. All the bedrooms on this floor, except for one, have sea views and all have en-suite bathrooms.
The First Floor may be divided into the following areas:
- Lounge Areas: The First floor has 5 distinct lounge areas
- TV lounge includes satellite TV, digital DVD player and music center
- A cozy lounge with rocking chairs and a fireplace
- Two spacious connected lounges
- Cards Room
- Reading area, Canadian Lounge with heavy oak furniture around a fireplace, and backgammon area, a second music center.
- Dining Room: Impressive dining room that comfortably seats up to 15 people

- Kitchen & Breakfast Room: Fully equipped modern kitchen with breakfast area.
- Master Bedroom: Large master bedroom suite includes: bedroom, bathroom, dressing room, study area and private veranda

- There are a total of seven double bedrooms on the First Floor of the Villa, which can accommodate 14 adults comfortably.

GROUND FLOOR
Individual apartments on the Ground Floor all beautifully and tastefully furnished, each equipped with en-suite bathroom, fridge and satellite TV as well as music centers, mean guests may split up into groups or individual families ensuring privacy and intimacy. A spacious newly refurbished and fully equipped communal kitchen/dining room enables guests to cook and/or prepare snacks without recourse to the First Floor. All the apartments overlook the garden, the sea and Es Vedra and lead to a very large terrace. This Floor may be accessed through the garden or through the First Floor of the House.
The Ground Floor may be divided into the following areas:
- Four Apartments
- Two apartments each with two double bedrooms, a sitting room and bathroom: Total of 4 double bedrooms
- One double bedroom with en-suite bathroom
- One double bedroom apartment, sitting room and en-suite bathroom
- There are a total of six bedrooms on the Ground Floor, which can accommodate twelve adults comfortably
- The Villa can accommodate a total of 26 adults comfortably with 2 people per bedroom. Baby cots are available upon request. Further single beds are also available upon advance notice.
FLOODLIT TENNIS COURT
Guests can enjoy a game of tennis either by day or under the stars by night. The Court is located at the back of the Compound on a hill with stunning sea views. Guests are supplied with racquets and balls, and private tennis lessons are available at an extra cost.
SWIMMING POOL
Soak up the sun in the large pool area overlooking the blue sea and Es Vedra Island, or take a dip in the magnificent pool that is fully equipped with a diving board, bar area, shaded by an umbrella, and a refrigerator. There is also a stereo CD Radio/cassette player and ample number of Sun loungers and Parasols. Alternatively relax out of the sun around one of the seating areas shaded by umbrellas. The pool area and adjacent terraces may seat up to 50 people with ease. A fantastic location for parties and banquets. WC and shower are located in the pool area. The pool is cleaned on a daily basis and is always kept in immaculate condition.
BARBEQUE AREAS
Two separate areas for barbeques, one at the front of the house and one in the garden at the back by the swimming pool give guests a choice of outdoor dining areas.
TERRACES
The house has substantial terraces surrounding it, most with spectacular views of Es Vedra. Three terraces on the first floor overlooking the swimming pool/garden and the island of Es Vedra provide cool retreats from the sun. At the front of the house, adjacent to the built in barbeque area on that side of the house, there is a large terrace with “Indonesian-style” wood seating areas including four dining tables that can seat up to 32 people comfortably.
Outside the Ground Floor flats, into the garden a large terrace stretches across the face of the house and overlooks the swimming pool and the sea. This terrace is tastefully furnished with exquisite antique 17th Century English metal garden furniture. This terrace, with its ample space and cool shaded areas provided by large pine trees and umbrellas, is ideal for banquets and parties for up to 350 people at all times of the day or night. At night it is well lit by lampposts all along its edge and large planters mark out its borders so that guests may enjoy the cooler evenings dining either beneath a canopy of stars, or simply lounging around.

Total Land area for the property is 6,309m2 (six thousand three hundred and nine square meters). Total built area of main house is: 731.1m2 (seven hundred and one point one square meters).
EXTRA SERVICES
The Management at Cala Carbo aim to make your stay as comfortable and memorable as possible, and administrative staff are available on the compound throughout the year. Our experience and knowledge of the Island ensures guests of a first class and complete service: “If we can’t get it, Ibiza doesn’t have it!” We have carefully thought of every single possible service that guests may require, and the following are available at an extra cost:
- Airport Pick-Up Service
An airport pick up service is available to meet clients upon arrival and bring them to the Villa. The driver(s) will meet clients at the airport carrying a large card with the clients´ name on it. The usual charge for this service is Euros 80.- per car sent to the airport. Clients must give us at least one days notice if they require this service.
- Car Rental Service
Car rentals may be organised directly through us. Cars are either left waiting at the airport for the clients’ arrival or at the Villa. Car rentals may be organised before guests arrive, or upon arrival at the Property. A comprehensive list of available cars including tariffs is always kept at the Villa. This list may either be studied upon arrival, or it may be sent by fax before arrival so that cars can be booked in advance.
- Chauffeur Service
The Villa has a very competent “live in” driver with extensive knowledge of the Island, who is able to provide a chauffeur service for interested clients. Prices of this service depend on destination and time of day and/or night.
- Fridge Fill Service
With one day’s prior notice all basic supplies may arranged to be ready for guests´ arrival. Supplies will include coffee, tea, soft drinks, water, alcohol and snacks. Cold cuts and other items for making sandwiches and breakfast items such as eggs, bacon, etc., may also be included, as well as any other specific requirements that guests may have.
- Chef Service: All types of international cuisines
A full catering service is available at the Villa. Guests may choose between one, two or three meals a day from three types of menus, namely: simple, standard or “cordon bleu”. All three menus meet the highest standards, and our chefs never sacrifice quality and freshness for the sake of price. Offers for this service may be sent to clients who are interested depending on which level of cuisine is required and how many meals are to be served. In addition, picnic hampers, of all shapes and sizes, may also be supplied for guests and a cool box for keeping drinks cold.
- Catering and Party Services
In addition to the catering services mentioned above, the Villa is equipped to host banquets, weddings and any other private parties for up to 350 people. These may be held around the swimming pool on the large terrace. Our clients maintain absolute discretion as to the style of any particular banquet or party, and we will be happy to supply all decorations and entertainment including fully equipped professional DJs, exotic belly dancers, Go-Go dancers and live music, even fireworks, etc. Large-scale parties require time to prepare and as such we ask for ample advance notice.
- Barbeque Services
Top quality barbeques of any cuisine are easily arranged at the Villa. Guests can enjoy succulent meats and chicken marinated in delicious herbs and spices and then cooked over the grill with plenty of salads, dips and rice dishes to go with them, as well as hamburgers, hot dogs and seafood. This is a personalised service that caters to any special requests or requirements that clients may have. All soft drinks and alcohol may also be supplied.
- Restaurant Referral Service
For Clients new to the Island or those who simply request it, we are happy to make suggestions and help with any restaurant reservations. Our extensive knowledge covers a wide range of restaurants all over the Island, from fish restaurants located on beautiful beaches to exquisite locations in the heat of the old town of Ibiza.
- Complete VIP Night Clubbing Service
Private tables for clients in the VIP sections of all the best nightclubs in Ibiza at any night of the week are available. The advantages of having a reservation include non-payment of entry fees, and not having to wait in any lines to enter the clubs. Clients are expected to buy bottles of alcohol to consume at the table with all mixers and soft drinks supplied free of charge.
- Private Yacht and/or Speedboat Excursions
Private excursions on yachts, sailboats and speedboats may be arranged for the day or for overnight stays. These boats may either be with a Captain, or without depending on whether clients have the required licenses or not.
- Private Jet Ski Service and Unique Circraft Service
The Villa is equipped with a three-seater Kawasaki 1100 cc Jet Ski that can be hired out by clients. Prices depend on how many people are riding and for how long. We also have available a unique circular boat called a Circraft (the only such speedboat on the Island). The Circraft is a completely round boat suitable for two adults at a time that offers a truly exciting experience to passengers. As with the Jet Ski rental prices for the Circraft depend on whether one or two people are riding and for how long.
- Private Plane Excursions
Interested clients may hire small private planes for excursions to some of the other Balearic Islands such as Minorca and Majorca. Arrangements may also be made for air tours around the two Islands of Ibiza and Formentera where clients can enjoy spectacular aerial views of the area.
- Horse Riding Lessons and Excursions (including full moon excursions)
With the cooperation of an affiliated Center we can arrange to send clients horse riding. At the Center clients who have never ridden or are simply a little rusty can benefit from lessons by professional staff members. Those with more experience can take horses out for rides around the countryside and on the beaches surrounding the Center. The Center also organises full moon excursions for the more advanced riders. Any Client that wishes to join a full moon ride must give two days notice so that their place may be reserved.
- Private Tennis Lessons
The Villa has a tennis court and is equipped with four tennis racquets and balls. A private tennis instructor may be arranged upon request for private lessons. The cost of this service is determined by the requirements of the Client, how many times a week they would like a lesson and for how many hours the lesson will last.
- Nanny Service
Clients coming on holiday with small children need not be stuck at the Villa looking after them each night. We can provide a nanny service so that parents may enjoy the nightlife of Ibiza as well as the daytime. Our nanny is very trustworthy and responsible and we are sure that all parents will be comfortable leaving the children in her capable hands.

NEARBY BEACHES AND TOWNS
- CALA CARBO
Cala Carbo is one of Ibiza’s most private and unspoiled beaches and is minutes away from the Villa. A small sandy cove with excellent mooring facilities for private boats, and two of the finest restaurants on the Island.
- CALA VADELLA
Cala Vadella with its white sandy beach and scenic views is 1-kilometer drive from the Villa. This bay has a significantly larger beach than Cala Carbo and offers a wide variety of water sports and summer fun for adults and children alike. As well as a diving school, there are water skiing, sailing and wind surfing facilities on this beach. Several good quality restaurants, snack bars and coffee shops line the beach.
- SAN JOSE
San Jose is a charming and picturesque village nestled in the mountains approximately 3 kilometers from Cala Carbo Villa. You will find everything that you may need in this village from a medical center, vets, shops, restaurants, coffee shops, supermarket, jazz and blues bar, to even an open-air cinema.
