Casa Capon, located on the east coast of Majorca, offers splendid views across the wild Majorceen macchia down to the sea. There is a large living room with french windows opening to a covered terrace and the pool area. A fully equipped kitchen with an american freezer makes cooking comfortable. In the ground floor, there are two bedrooms, which share one bathroom. In the upper floor, there is another bathroom and a beautiful air-conditioned bedroom. Additionally, there is a hugh sun deck to withdraw and relax. Interior and exterior fireplaces are not operating and are there only for decoration.

Casa Capon has a well kept typical meditarranian garden with lots of trees and plants. Hidden in the garden, there is the Casita, wich offers a fourth bedroom, a nice bathroom and a unique living area. So the Casita is ideal for the young people in the party travelling or to accomodate an Au Pair separately. Cala Murada and other nice sandy beaches are some 4 - 8 km away. The closest villages with restaurants, shops, and supermarkets are within 10 minutes driving distance and Porto Colom is only 7 km away. In July and August there is a minimum rental period of 2 weeks.
