- Located in a 1930’s block on the Kings Road close to Sloane Square. This is a high standard and well run apartment block with 24hr porters. All floors have lifts and this apartment is situated on the third floor with balcony off the bedroom overlooking the Kings Road.
- Contemporary style although slightly dated with good size lounge with black contemporary sofas, diner for four. Own line telephone, t.v.,vcr, stereo unit.
- The bedroom has a King size bed and plenty of wardrobe space. A door leads to the balcony.
- The galley kitchen is fairly small but well equipped with cooker, microwave, refrigerator/freezer. Well equipped with utensils/pots and glasses The washer and tumble dryer is located in an inner hallway between the lounge and the bathroom.
- The bathroom is a good size and newly refurbished in white tile and new shower over bath tub.
- The entrance hall is quite big and has a writing desk located in one corner with telephone/answer machine.
- Longish term lets only.
- Nearest tube stop: Sloane Square (3 - 4 minutes away).
- Cleaning once weekly
