- This apartment is located in a prestigious and beautiful Garden Square (entrance by key for residents only) just off Earls Court Road with it’s busy shops, restaurants and cafes.
- Situated on the first floor (2nd-USA) it is very quiet with a beautiful outlook over the garden square.
 The Lounge is approximately 5x5m plus dining area and has very high ceilings. Huge double French doors lead to the large terrace overlooking the gardens with table and seating for four.
- There is a dining table for 4 set off but integral to the Lounge
- The kitchen which is well equipped:
- Washer
- Refrigerator/freezer
- Microwave
- Full compliment of utensils, pots and crockery.
- The bathroom, which includes the toilet and basin, has a bath and shower above.
- The master bedroom has a large double bed with built in wardrobes and is very quiet.
- The second bedroom has a trundle bed which converts to two singles.
- Cable TV, VCR, direct-line telephone/answering machine.
- Maid service once a week
- Nearest tube stop: Earls Court (3-4 minutes away)
