- This apartment is on the raised ground floor and is located just off of Westbourne Grove in a quiet cul-de-sac.
- The area is interesting with late night shopping and many cafés and Restaurants.
Queensway, which is a busy late night area with a shopping mall is a 5-minute walk.
- Kensington Gardens/Hyde Park, Portobello Antiques and vegetable Market are all approx 15 mins. walk.
- Easy access to West End Theatres by tube, taxi or bus.
- The apartment is well decorated and very homely with soft furnishings and a warm atmosphere.
- The lounge has a large quality sofabed, dining table for 4, open gas log fire with Marble surround, t.v.and vcr, radio/cd player and open line telephone.
- Central heating.
- The kitchen is compact but fully equipped with new fittings. It is located off the lounge and has a washer/dryer, gas cooker, microwave and fridge/freezer.
- Bedroom with Queen size bed (5’), plenty of cupboard space and original wooden window shutters. Bathroom with tub and overhead shower. This apartment is well looked after and highly recommended.
- STRICTLY NO SMOKING.
- Cleaning is once a week with linen and towels.
