Description: We are pleased to introduce 3 properties at Diamond Hill Farm; East Lodge, Diamond Hill and West Barn. They are located in open countryside midway between the market towns of Leyburn, Bedale and Richmond, six miles from each. Within a mile of the farm are the villages of Hunton, Patrick Brompton, and Akebar (2 miles), all of which have good real ale pubs, and a restaurant at Akebar. Other attractions within the area are the Yorkshire Dales National Park (10 miles), two 18 hole golf courses (5 miles each), and the city of York (an hour's drive). The farm stands on a small hill overlooking a stream in 30 acres of green fields and woodland all belonging to the property, and has good views over several miles in all directions. Although the farm is several hundred years old it has been fully renovated and converted in the most modern and spacious manner. Each property is self contained with its own spacious garden in front and private courtyard behind.Accommodation: The ground floor, which has oak and stone floors throughout, has a hall with cloakroom with WC, a large kitchen and breakfast room, utility room, a family day room, a dining room, a roomy sitting room with an open fire, and a conservatory. There is an oak staircase to the first floor which comprises a landing, master bedroom with 6' zip and link bed with en suite shower room with shower and body jets, double bedrooms with 5' bed and en suite shower room, double bedroom with 4'6" bed with en suite shower room which has a glass partition separating it from the bedroom (lockable door).
