Description:

Malt Farm Barn is an extremely spacious detached, thatched, weather boarded 17th century property sharing the entrance of a former farm on the edge of the village. The Barn interior has been crafted in oak with great skill and care. Stelling Minnis is a quiet village surrounding an ancient common on the North Downs just 6 miles from Canterbury. The village has a pub and small store. There is much to see in the area including Canterbury Cathedral, Leeds Castle and Howletts Wildlife Park. Guests may wish to include a day trip to France in their itinerary - From Ashford (20 minutes) you can catch the Eurostar passenger train to Paris (2 hours). From Folkstone (20 minutes) you can take your car on the shuttle to Calais (35 minutes).

Accommodation:

Ground floor: Large open plan sitting and dining room, galley kitchen, twin bedroom with 3' beds and en suite shower and WC. Stairs to galleried landing, 1 bedroom with 5' king-size bed, 1 twin bedroom with 3' beds, bathroom with WC.
