Information on Travel Agent Discount Stays:-
We acknowledge familiarization visits as important to a travel agent’s education and his/her ability to better serve
clients and perform job duties. For that reason, we are pleased to extend a discount of 8% on all travel agent
bookings. Requests for higher discounts will be entertained only for those agents who have booked extensively
through Barclay International Group, and even then, such higher discounts will be extended on a case-by-case basis
as agreed upon by the property involved. We must have proof of agency employee status (i.e. copy of an agent’s
IATAN card) to extend any agency discounts.
How to Negotiate for Higher Commissions:- Barclay International Group pays higher commission to General Sales Agents (GSAs) in countries outside of the USA and Britain as well as those agencies who belong to consortiums that list our company as a preferred supplier. These higher commissions are paid on bookings that do not involve credit card payment.
