All the apartments have retained a charming ancient character due to the original antique furniture. L' Affresco (Fresco) with its splendid painted walls, Il Camino "Fireplace", with a large fireplace in the living-room, La Terrazza "Terrace", with the incredible view from its private terrace, are three examples of the beautiful accommodations that our guests may choose from. Tuscan colored walls, terracotta floors, beautiful mirrors with gold-painted baroque frames create a charming atmosphere resonant with history and art. Kitchens are equipped with state-of-the-art appliances and embellished with precious marbles. A beautiful Pietra Serena staircase leads to three of the apartments and to the private library, featuring many old Italian manuscripts. As with the exterior, all the original materials have been preserved or harmoniously matched with contemporary equivalents during the restoration that four years ago converted this grand Villa into nine apartments. From the Tuscan gardens, equipped with tables and chairs for "al fresco" dining, an elegant double stairway leads up to the "piano nobile" and to the impressive entry hall.

• Fly into Florence, just 30 km away.
• Siena 15 minutes away; Florence 20 minutes away.
• Just down the road are the local Tuscan restaurants of Certaldo. This medieval hilltop town, surrounded by red brick walls, is the birthplace of the poet and writer Boccaccio, author of The Decameron. Here, those with the desire to do so can attend gourmet Tuscan cuisine, art and Italian language courses (arrangements must be made with us in advance).

• CAMINO (2 - 4 people): Ground floor apartment. Size: approx. 990 sq. ft. Two-bedroom apartment, two bathroom, large antique fireplace in the sitting room, precious antique furniture.
• CORTILE (2 - 4 people): 1st floor apartment. Size: approx. 945 sq. ft. Spacious two-bedroom apartment, two bathrooms, Tuscan tile floors. Double and twin bedrooms.
• GIARDINO (2 people): Ground floor apartment with private bathroom. Size: approx. 630 sq. ft. Private patio with table and chairs, double bedroom, large living-dining room with open plan kitchen, terracotta floors.
• OLEANDRI (2 people): Ground floor apartment with private bathroom. Size: approx. 405 sq. ft. Both living room and bedroom with stunning view on the surrounding vineyards. Terracotta floors.
• LA GRANDE TERRAZZA (6 - 7 people): Very large 1st floor apartment with 3 bedrooms and 3 private bathrooms combining what used to be AFFRESCO, TORRE and TERRAZZA. Size: approx. 1,485 sq. ft. along with terrace of 657 sq. ft. All together, it accommodates 6 + 1 persons to make the most of the large terrace with its breathtaking view and the salon with the concert piano. Large private terrace overlooking the vineyards, sun beds, equipped for outdoor eating.
• VOLTE (2 people): Ground floor apartment with private bathroom. Size: approx. 783 sq. ft. Terracotta floors, large living-dining room, quiet patio with the old well that gives the name to Villa Il Pozzo. Double bedroom.
