Description: Holly Cottage is a semi-detached period property occupying a prominent position on the side of a steep wooded valley on a quiet lane on the edge of Berrynarbor. Guests will marvel at the views over the valley from the front of the property and from the garden terrace to the side. The village is considered to be one of the prettiest and most unspoilt on the North Devon coast and is tucked away from the busier resorts of Combe Martin and Ilfracombe. There are some excellent sandy surfing beaches to the west of Berrynarbor at Woolacombe, Croyde and Saunton, all of which can be reached within a 20 minute drive. To the east of the village is the Exmoor. The National Trust beauty spot of Watersmeet are also within 20 minutes. In the summer months a ferry runs from Ilfracombe to Lundy Island, 20 miles off-shore in the middle of the Bristol Channel. Berrynarbor has 2 pubs both of which are within an easy walking distance from Holly Cottage.Accommodation: Entrance hall, large kitchen with dining table, spacious garden room with french doors to terrace, WC, snug.
