1) Destination city and country (be specific--England is not enough if you want to be in London, England. The exact neighborhood is even better, such as Knightsbridge, London, England). If you have a specific property in mind, even better. Be aware however that availability changes by the minute and we often don't control the inventory. We can only give you definite availability at the time that you actually place your reservation and are ready to hold that space with a credit card deposit or prepayment.

2) Exact number of occupants (adults, children) and what sleeping and bedding arrangements you need (how many single beds, double beds, would two people be willing to share a sofabed in the living room, etc.)

3) Exact dates of stay desired, along with flexibility (as in "We'd like to stay June 10-17th but would accept any 7 day stay in the month of June" for example). Please note that most villas have a one week minimum stay, usually beginning and ending on a Saturday.

4) Budget range. This is really crucial because we have such a large variety of accommodations that we don't want to waste your time or ours suggesting something that would be inappropriate. We are unable to process general inquiries without this information.
